Definitions of Terms:

"We", "us", "our": Mod My... LLC and employees, and/or any representative affiliated with Mod My... LLC.
"You", "your": Any user of services provided by Mod My... LLC, including customers and/or users of the website www.mod-my.com .

Agreement:

Any user of mod-my.com must read and agree to these terms of use prior further use, all the way until the final purchase of items/services . These terms include ALL policies implemented by us, including shipping and returns. We will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise which could have been avoided if the user read the terms.
We are a customization company that offers a visual representation of the item being customized. You can design your own mods, or have us design them. After you have decided on a design, you then have the choice to purchase the item new from us, or ship yours to us. It is best to purchase the item from us because not only will you get a brand new item, but the transaction would be faster because we would not have to wait for the item to arrive. If you decide to ship to us, you are responsible for shipping, as we are an offered service. We cosmetically modify the item to fit your desire, and as a result some modifications may void warranties. We are in no way responsible for a defect not relating to the hardware installed by us. We will NEVER modify software, so any kind of software failure was most likely going to happen outside of our participation initially (Xbox 3RLOD for example). Because we inform you about potential warranty voidance using the service, Mod My...™ should not be held responsible for a defect occurring outside of the nature of the modification. We will take full responsibility for any failure of untampered hardware that we have installed(LED lights for example). If we detect that an item has been tampered with by the owner and the device fails because of it, the owner is then responsible for the failure of the item. Modification times will vary, and is dependent on the complexity of the design. You should be specific as possible with the submitted design. It is recommended to include additional details for the design on the checkout page. Upon completion of the modification, the item will be shipped back to you via USPS priority mail, and global customers via USPS Global Express. Insurance is included with the item, should something happen during transit. We are in no way affiliated with any of the manufacturers of the items in which we customize, and all references to such items are either registered trademarks or trademarks to their respective companies.

Refurbished Purchases:

Should you purchase a refurbished item from us, be aware of the potential endurance of the item. Refurbished items are not new, so they should not be expected to perform as new.

Design Specifications:

If you choose to design your mod on our website, we recommend that you keep the mod saved to your computer, at least until you receive the item. You may need it, and we will not be held responsible if we did not retain a copy of the mod on our server. We will NOT process designs that include profanity or any other type of offensive content. We aim to be family-friendly, and we will do only those types of mods.

Returns:

Due to the personal creation of the items we sell, we cannot accept traditional returns. Only in extreme conditions will returns be accepted, which includes an order being mixed up. If you want a return because we have not done a good job on the item in YOUR opinion, please photograph the item, as is, and send it to us. Point out the faults in detail. Please also understand that as of now, all of our mods will be hand made, so things won't be exactly flawless, but we will try our best. Only major flaws will be considered grounds for return, but we would never send you an item we did not try our best on. Every item we mod, we photograph. We put quality as priority number one.

Warranty Information

We offer a 30-day warranty on all mods, in which covers hardware functionality of the mods. What is not covered under warranty are inevitable processes, such as paint rubbing off, etc. We use high quality paint for our items so items will not chip or fade easily, however our paint, as with any other customization company's paint, is not permanent. What is covered under the warranty is hardware that we install, such as LED lights, windows, etc. We do not cover windows that break while in your possession, but we will not charge you full price for a window replacement. If hardware fails(not on our behalf) such as LED lights, you can send the item back to us for discounted replacement, and the buyer covers the price of shipping both ways.
